Kai Cheong joined Singapore Management University (SMU) as Chief Information Officer in 2010.
Prior to SMU, Kai Cheong was CIO of the Nanyang Technological University (NTU) where he led 2 departments; the Centre for IT Services and Centre for Educational Development. He was a member of a university committee chaired by the Provost tasked with revamping the undergraduate curriculum, chairman of a sub-committee in developing the “Classroom of Tomorrow”, chairman of a committee in implementing a technologically driven “Cool Campus” and a member of a core committee reporting to the President driving administrative excellence.
Prior to NTU, Kai Cheong was Director of InfoComm Technology with the National Library Board (NLB) of Singapore which he joined since its inception. He played a key role in the transformation of the National Library organisation through process reform and technology. This led to the NLB winning the inaugural National IT Award in 1998 and the Singapore Quality Award in 2004. Kai Cheong started his career with the National Computer Board (NCB), now InfoComm Development Authority (IDA) and held the position as a Senior Consultant in the Government Chief Information Office. During his tenure, he was seconded as a faculty member and later became curriculum manager at the Information Communication Institute of Singapore (ICIS), a collaboration between Bell Labs of AT&T and NCB responsible for training Information Communication specialists in Singapore.

Ms Siew Yim Cheng is the Chief Information Officer of Singapore’s JTC Corporation (JTC) and has been with JTC since 2011. She holds direct responsibility for the IT and information needs of JTC, its subsidiaries and JTC’s customers. She oversees a diverse portfolio of systems and technologies which cover, not only JTC’s corporate and business systems, but also the infocomm needs of JTC’s multiple industrial estates. Prior to joining JTC Corporation, Yim Cheng was Senior Director of the Enterprise and Partner Group in Microsoft Singapore. She has a proven track record in both public and private sectors, with more than 11 years in Microsoft and prior to that, 11 years in the then National Computer Board. She has taken on a diverse range of roles, from software research and development to business development, sales and marketing for Singapore and the Asia Pacific, Greater China and Japan markets.

Brandon is serving as Chief Information Officer, overseeing ASM’s Global Information Technology function. ASM (www.asm.com) is a pioneer in technologies used in wafer processing by semiconductor manufacturers. ASM’s Atomic Layer Deposition (ALD) technology enables thin films one atom deep to be deposited on silicon wafers to create semiconductors the size of a thumbnail. Brandon is responsible from transforming the Global IT function into a trusted partner.
Brandon joined ASM from Rolls-Royce, where he serve as the Global IT Director of Marine business, overall responsible for IT that supported 7000 Marine employees worldwide in 90+ locations. Yeo Teck Guan

Mr Yeo Teck Guan is the Group Chief Information Officer of Singapore Pools, a subsidiary of the Singapore Totalisator Board. Singapore Pools was incorporated by the Singapore Government to provide a legal avenue for betting. Operation surpluses from Singapore Pools are channeled towards worthy causes that serve the needs of the community. In this capacity, Mr. Yeo is overall responsible for IT strategy and operations for Tote Board, Singapore Pools and Singapore Turf Club. The scope of work includes in-house developed and (very specialized) third-party applications, computers, peripherals, networks, and specialized terminals at over 300 retailers/branches locations.
Previously, Mr. Yeo was the Regional CIO for Asia Pacific in Goodyear, taking charge of IT strategies and operations in Asia Pacific region, covering 13 countries.
Prior to the period at Goodyear, Mr. Yeo was the Country Manager of Ness Technology (Suzhou) Co. Ltd. In this role, he was leading the setting up, operations and businesses of Ness Technology in China to provide both new and existing customers with enterprise solutions, IT services and management consulting services.
Being a business mindset oriented IT professional, Mr. Yeo has a passion for bringing innovation to businesses and developing business / IT alignment initiatives to company.

Mr Christopher Lim is the Deputy General Manager and Deputy Chief Executive Officer for Raiffeisen Bank International AG Singapore Branch, an offshore licensed bank with its head office in Austria. Raiffeisen Bank International AG is a leading corporate and investment bank in Central and Eastern Europe and employs around 54,500 employees worldwide. He is overall responsible for Operations and Information Technology Services in the Singapore branch and oversees Operations/IT strategic planning, operation management and service delivery. Christopher has more than 25 years of experience as an Information Technology professional within the Banking Industry.
Prior to joining Raiffeisen Bank, he has held key management positions both at a regional and local level responsible for Information Technology and Operations in various financial institutions. He has been instrumental in setting up IT operations in a number of organisations that he has worked for and was involved in the implementation of IT initiatives in bringing innovation to the business.
Christopher has also vast experience and knowledge in the area of Business Continuity. He is currently an Executive Committee member of the Business Continuity Group in Singapore Computer Society. He has assisted companies to setup business continuity programs by providing consultancy advice in his personal capacity.
Christopher has a Master in Business Information Technology from RMIT University.

Janet Chew is the Asia Pacific IT Regional Director for Glaxosmithkline (GSK), where she is responsible for business partnering, strategic IT investments and overall IT leadership for the region. As the business IT leader for one of GSK’s fastest growing regions for Pharmaceuticals and Consumer Healthcare, Janet represents the Voice of the Customer and makes global IT strategies real for the Asia Pacific business. A strong advocate for business and IT alignment and transformational change, Janet collaborates closely with her functional and commercial business partners to enable a new multi-channel business model as well as the successful delivery of major global SAP and Workday platforms for the region.
Prior to GSK, Janet worked at HP for 14 years. She was the IT Director, Asia Pacific, for the HP Services business. In this role, she led the regional IT team through the HP/Compaq merger, simplified the IT systems landscape and set up a regional IT service organization with teams in Singapore, Japan, Australia, China and India.

K L Teh is currently leading the business transformation office at AIA Singapore. Prior to the current role, he was the Chief Information Officer at Great Eastern Life Assurance, Singapore for over 6 years. Great Eastern Life is the leading life insurance company in Singapore and Malaysia.
He has many years of experience as IT Head in several industries including payments and healthcare. Besides end user organizations, K L has many years of experience in vendor companies, including 11 years in IBM, where he started his career. He subsequently took on the role of COO in a IT services company listed on the Singapore Stock Exchange. As executive director, he was also on the board of a joint venture company with DBS, which developed and operated an online direct debit payment services supported by several banks.
K L built his experience in the payment industry beginning with technical product management and chip card products regional implementation in Asia Pacific countries.
K L graduated from University of Manchester in UK, with first class honours in Aeronautical engineering. He also has a MBA from the University of Strathclyde.
Andy Koh is Chief Information Security Officer for Hermès Asia, a leading global luxury retail company. Andy is also the Data Protection Officer (DPO), who overseas data protection responsibilities within Hermès Asia & ensures compliance with the PDPA.
He has more than 18 years of experience managing all aspects of information security; his experience is supported by various technical certifications from professional bodies of CISSP, CEH & CHFI.
Andy holds a Master in Information Security from Royal Holloway, University of London.
Tin Aung Win
Tin Aung Win is Information Security Manager with School of Information Technology, Nanyang Polytechnic. He has developed various cyber security courses & curriculum for full time and professional programme offered by NYP since 2003. Aung Tin also taught professional courses in Information/IT security and software quality for organisations including DSTA, STEE, CSIT & MINDEF.
He had more than 25 years of IT industry experience and worked in various portfolios & many countries, specialises in information security, software quality control and assurance and parallel & super-computing.
Mr. Tin had a double Master degree in Computer Science/Information Science and certified with CISSP and CISA. He is a member of ACM, IEEE, Information Systems Auditors Association (ISACA), SCS and AISP.
Clemence is the Head of IT Security and Risk (CISO) for Aviva Asia, leading both the Cyber Security and IT Risk & Control teams. He is responsible for delivering the Cyber Security Transformation Programme, as well as the Integrated Assurance and Control Testing for Asia to manage IT and security risks.
Clemence has more than 17 years of IT, security, risk, audit and regulatory experience. He has been with Aviva for nearly 6 years.
Clemence started his career in the Monetary Authority of Singapore (MAS), and has worked in e-Cop (now known as Quann) and Citibank before joining Aviva.
Clemence is a computer science graduate from the National University of Singapore, and holds a Master of Science in computer networks from the University of Essex, UK. He is a CISSP and CISA.
Viktor Pozgay is responsible for strategic leadership of Avaloq’s Cyber security programme in Asia Pacific.
Prior to joining Avaloq, Viktor led the Information Risk & Security Delivery Management for HP’s Enterprise Services, across its Asia Pacific & Japan region with responsibility for security services relationships with clients and ensuring delivery excellence across Enterprise Security Services.
He has 15 years of experience in information risk, security & service management in a global setting across multiple industries.
Viktor holds a Master’s Degree in Telecommunications from Slovak University of Technology.
Paul serves as Director, Information Risk Management and Security, Asia Pacific for Merck & Co., Inc, (MSD) a global healthcare company. Most recently, he is also appointed as the Chief of Staff for Global Innovation Hub Singapore for supporting the Hub Leader as key strategist for executing strategic objectives.
He leads the regional team in Singapore to safeguard the confidential information, assets and intellectual property of the Company, and as a key member of a global team reporting to Chief Information Security Officer (CISO).
His portfolio includes leading team to support activities in the area of Governance Risk Regulatory Compliance (GRRC), Identity Access Management (IAM), Data & System Protection (D&SP), and Response & Recover (DR&R). He is also the Data Protection Officer for MSD entities in Singapore.
Paul was awarded the 2016 ASEAN CSO Honoree from International Data Group (IDG). He has served as Board of Director in ISACA Singapore Chapter and Co-Chair KnowledgeNet for International Association of Privacy Professionals (IAPP) in Singapore from 2014-2016.
Director, Business Information Security Officer, GlaxoSmithKline
Winston Chew is a Director, Business Information Security Officer at GlaxoSmithKline. He has over 20+ years’ experience serving in various key global/regional roles in technology risk management and information security management within large global financial organisations including Bank of America-Merrill Lynch, Deutsche Bank, Barclays, OCBC Bank and United Overseas Bank.
He is CISM, CRISC and CISSP certified, holds a Master’s degree (Management of Technology) from the National University of Singapore – Graduate School of Business and a Bachelor’s degree in computer engineering from Nanyang Technological University – School of Applied Science.
Harshal is a seasoned information security professional with more than a decade of experience spread across Risk Management, Security Governance, Compliance Management, Payment Security and Security Office. He has held various consulting and leadership roles across the globe delivering high value security consulting projects. Harshal is currently Regional Information Security Officer at Carlson Wagonlit for APAC & EMEA Region, where he is responsible for regional information security initiatives interfacing with business and stakeholders for aligning security with the business objectives and delivering a sustainable and secure environment. Before Carlson, he held consulting roles in KPMG, Verizon and Wipro Consulting Services.
Harshal holds a Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology with specialisation in Information Security along with various information security credentials like CISSP, CISA and CISM.
Mr. Colin Leong is the Director of Risk & Control (Technology) at the Bank of Singapore. Prior to this, Colin worked for Neptune Orient Lines, as Director, IT Security from 2014 to 2017, and Director, IT Audit from 2011 to 2014.
Between 1998 up to 2011, Colin worked in various IT Audit roles starting at Ernest & Young, OCBC Bank and then Standard Chartered Bank.
Colin graduated with a Bachelor of Engineering (Computer Systems Engineering) and obtain a Master of Commerce (Information Systems), both from the University of Queensland, Australia.
